  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation message via SMS or Email as soon as your order is placed.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • Cash on Delivery is available across all 64 districts in Bangladesh.

  • Order Verification: To prevent fake orders, our customer support team may call or message you to confirm your address before dispatching your package.

  • Please ensure you provide an active phone number and full delivery address at checkout.

4. Package Inspection & Open-Box Policy

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery from the courier rider.

  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please report it to the rider immediately and contact our support team before taking delivery.

5. International Shipping

  • For international orders outside Bangladesh, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Delivery times typically range between 7 to 14 business days.

  • Note: Recipients are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes applicable in their destination country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package is picked up by the courier, we will send you a tracking link via SMS or Email. You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment anytime.
